  1. Derek Vance –

This Dahua injector is a lifesaver for my power-hungry PTZ camera. It was a piece of cake to set up, and the build quality feels solid. I’m very satisfied with the prompt delivery from apsardze24.lv. It provides a stable 60W output as advertised, making it a reliable choice for any security system.

    Derek Vance –

Is this the Chinese or EU version of the device?

This is the **Official EU version**, fully compliant with local safety standards and electrical regulations. As Apsardze24.lv is an Authorized Partner, you are guaranteed a genuine product that is fully compatible with European firmware updates.

What is the maximum transmission distance for the Dahua PFT1200?

By default, it supports the standard Ethernet limit of 100 meters. However, if you need a longer range for your installation, this model is designed to cascade with the **PFT1300 PoE Extender**, allowing you to reach transmission distances of up to **300 meters**.

Will this 60W injector slow down my 4K video recording?

Not at all. The unit is equipped with **Gigabit 10/100/1000 Base-T ports**. This high-speed data throughput ensures that even heavy video streams (using H.265 codecs) are transmitted to your NVR or SD card storage without bottlenecks or lag.

Does the Dahua PFT1200 require any app configuration for setup?

No, this is a hardware midspan injector that works plug-and-play without software configuration. It transparently passes power and data to your camera, allowing you to continue using your standard management app (such as the **DMSS app** for Dahua devices on iOS/Android) without interruption.

What happens if the unit stops working after 1 year?

We provide a comprehensive **2-Year Warranty** for both business and private customers. Should any issues arise, our service center is located locally in **Riga**, ensuring fast diagnostics and repairs without the hassle of shipping the unit abroad.

Is the Dahua PFT1200 compatible with non-Dahua PTZ cameras?

It provides Hi-PoE 60W output which is standard for many speed domes, but pin-out configurations can vary between manufacturers. To ensure compatibility with a specific non-Dahua model, please send the camera's datasheet to our technical support at [email protected] for verification.
