1. INTRODUCTION
This personal data protection policy of SIA “Apsardze 24”, hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”, explains for what purposes, to what extent and by what methods SIA “Apsardze 24” collects, processes, stores and protects the Customer’s personal data when providing services to them, in accordance with with the types of activity of the company.
The Privacy Policy applies to the Customer’s personal data regardless of how and in what information exchange environment the Customer provides data – on the Internet (SIA “Apsardze 24” website, e-mail), in paper format or by telephone, and how the company and its cooperation data is processed in partner information systems.
The purpose of the Privacy Policy of SIA “Apsardze 24” is to ensure the privacy and personal data protection of the Company’s Clients, observing the Clients’ right to the lawfulness of personal data processing in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and the free movement of such data (hereinafter “the Regulation”) and other applicable privacy and data processing law.

Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
SIA “Apsardze 24”, observing the principle of the Regulation – “data minimization”, collects, processes and stores only such personal data of the Clients as is necessary for the purposes of their processing.

– name, code and price of the product, date of purchase, method of payment, method of receipt of the product, delivery address, bill of lading number;

SIA “Apsardze 24” processes personal data for the following specific, clear and legitimate purposes:
As a seller of goods in the I-store:
– customer identification;
– preparation of the transaction; – fulfillment of transaction obligations;

– examination and processing of objections.
