The Company’s Quality Policy is primarily aimed at fully meeting the needs and desires of customers.
In order to promote the Company’s economic efficiency, at the same time, each employee should be guided by the following principle: “Profit is not simply a goal of the Company’s operations. It is only a means to achieve and realize other goals of the Company.
Taking into account this basic principle, no actions on behalf of the Company will be positively assessed if they have been performed to the direct or indirect detriment of the quality of services and the satisfaction of customer needs and desires.
COMPLIANCE WITH EXTERNAL REQUIREMENTS
When considering and / or executing an order, each employee of the Company should be guided primarily by the requirements and wishes of the client, while acting within the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the Company (applicable statutory and regulatory requirements). If there is a conflict between the client and the statutory requirements, the Company will take all measures available in the law to resolve these conflicts in favor of the client.
PROCESS APPROACH
The Company’s KPS is based on the Company’s general control system process approach, which structures various complex activities in separate interconnected processes, allows to determine the mutual influence of these processes on each other and to organize effective process management separately and KPS as a whole.
Public quality policy in this aspect – continuous improvement of each process together with other processes, with the aim to achieve a more effective synergy effect in KPS.

The Company’s Quality Policy includes all activities of optimizing the division of functional responsibilities, maximum use of individual abilities of employees, activities to increase their competence, which would promote their professional development and achieved results.
The Company will strive to improve the company’s general level of knowledge, depending on changing needs and business trends, by providing access to this knowledge to all employees of the Company, in accordance with the norms adopted within the framework of confidentiality.

The Company’s quality policy is important information that determines its operating principles, it must be available to all stakeholders and the Company’s employees.
SENIOR GOVERNANCE OBLIGATIONS
The Company’s Management Board considers it its duty to ensure compliance of KPS with the quality management requirements of existing international standards, to maintain KPS in its up-to-date version, to promote continuous improvement and development of KPS in all possible ways, and takes responsibility for its effectiveness.
