  1. Thomas Blake –

Excellent outdoor coverage for our campsite. The dual-band sector antenna works flawlessly, and PoE makes installation a breeze. Very pleased with both the MikroTik mANTBox and the fast shipping from apsardze24.lv.

Is the 5HPACD2HND-15S sold by Apsardze24.lv the official EU version?

Yes, Apsardze24.lv provides the official International/EU version, which includes a Level 4 RouterOS license. This ensures full compatibility with local frequency regulations and access to all official software updates.

What mounting hardware is included for installing the mANTBox 52 15s outdoors?

The box includes the QuickMount Pro (QMP) system, which allows for easy adjustment and alignment on both walls and poles. You also receive a hose clamp and the K-41 fastening set for a complete outdoor setup.

Can this base station broadcast 2.4GHz and 5GHz signals at the same time?

Yes, the mANTBox 52 15s is a dual-band concurrent device. It can simultaneously manage connections from older 2.4GHz hardware and modern 5GHz 802.11ac devices without needing separate access points.

What is the maximum coverage area for the 120-degree sector antenna?

The 15dBi antenna provides a wide 120-degree horizontal beamwidth, which is ideal for covering large open areas like stadiums, camps, or parks. To minimize interference, the vertical beamwidth is focused at 9 degrees.

How many concurrent client connections can this outdoor sector antenna handle?

While RouterOS allows for hundreds of connections, performance depends on individual client bandwidth usage. The quad-core CPU and 256MB of RAM are designed to handle dozens of high-speed simultaneous links in high-density environments like parks.

Does the SFP port on the 5HPACD2HND-15S support 10Gbps fiber modules?

No, the SFP port is designed specifically for 1.25G modules. It is used as a high-speed fiber uplink when the installation distance exceeds the 100-meter limit of standard copper Ethernet cables.

What is the specific wind load rating or maximum survivable wind speed for this unit?

As the manufacturer does not provide a specific wind load rating in the standard technical documentation, please contact our technical support for detailed environmental inquiries at [email protected].

What is the warranty period and service location for this product?

Apsardze24.lv offers a 2-year warranty for both private and business customers. Our dedicated service center is located in Riga, ensuring fast support and shipping across Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania.

Can I power the MikroTik mANTBox 52 15s (5HPACD2HND-15S) using a standard PoE switch?

Yes, this unit supports both 802.3af/at (Active PoE) and Passive PoE with an input range of 12-57V. The package includes a 24V 1.2A power adapter and a Gigabit PoE injector for non-PoE installations.
