  1. Oskars Bērziņš –

I am absolutely thrilled with this Dahua TiOC PTZ camera! The dual-channel panoramic view and incredible 25x zoom provide unmatched coverage for my property. Active deterrence works like a charm. Huge thanks to apsardze24.lv for the seamless buying experience and fast shipping.

    Oskars Bērziņš –

Does the Dahua SDT4E425-8P-GB-APV1-B camera come with a power supply included in the package?

No, a power supply unit (PSU) is not included in the standard box. To power this high-performance dual-channel PTZ camera, you must use an external 12V DC power source or a PoE+ (802.3at) switch/injector capable of supplying sufficient wattage.

How do the panoramic lens and the PTZ lens work together for tracking targets?

The 8MP panoramic channel provides a constant, ultra-wide 180° field of view so you never lose environmental awareness, while the 4MP PTZ channel uses Auto Tracking 3.0 to automatically zoom in (up to 25x optical) and follow detected subjects. This allows the camera to record detailed close-ups of people or vehicles at long distances while simultaneously monitoring the entire area.

Is this the official European model, and which application is used for remote viewing?

Yes, this is the official EU version, meaning it supports official Dahua firmware updates and works natively with the Dahua DMSS app for iOS and Android. If you encounter any configuration difficulties or firmware questions, please contact our technical support at [email protected].

What kind of warranty and technical service do I receive if the camera malfunctions?

Unlike buying from international marketplaces, purchasing from Apsardze24.lv provides you with an official 2-Year Warranty. Any diagnostic and warranty servicing is handled locally at our specialized service center in Riga, Latvia, ensuring minimal downtime.

How many days of video can I store on a 256GB MicroSD card with this dual-channel camera?

Because this camera encodes two separate video streams simultaneously (the 8MP panoramic overview and the 4MP PTZ detail channel), a 256GB card will store approximately 4 to 6 days of continuous footage using H.265 compression. To maximize storage, you can configure the camera to record only when triggered by Smart Motion Detection or AI perimeter events.
