Is the 2.8mm wide-angle lens suitable for monitoring long driveways or narrow corridors?

The 2.8mm lens is designed for wide-area coverage, offering a 110° horizontal field of view, which makes it ideal for monitoring large rooms, open yards, or wide entrance areas. It is not intended for long-range identification or zooming in on distant, narrow targets.

Does the Ajax BulletCam 5MP AI Security IP Camera (126253) support Wi-Fi connectivity?

No, this specific model is a wired IP camera that connects via an Ethernet cable (RJ-45 port) to support stable data transmission and PoE (Power over Ethernet). Please ensure your network infrastructure is compatible with wired PoE or that you have a 12V power supply available for installation.

What is the warranty and support process for this camera?

Apsardze24.lv provides a 2-Year Warranty for this device, giving you peace of mind regarding hardware reliability. Our dedicated service center is located in Riga, ensuring that you receive professional and fast local technical support if any issues arise.
