  1. Mark Davies –

I ordered this Type F cover to complete my Ajax outlet installation. It clicks in securely and the white plastic feels high-quality, matching the rest of my system seamlessly. Definitely worth it for a clean look. Great experience ordering here, shipping was surprisingly fast.

Which app do I need to download to manage the system connected to the 72576 White CenterCover?

To manage the smart outlet core associated with this cover, you should use the official Ajax Security System app, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for iOS and Android devices.

Can I use the 72576 White CenterCover with third-party socket bases from other brands?

No, the 72576 is a proprietary component specifically engineered for the Ajax smart outlet system. It is not compatible with standard non-smart sockets or hardware from other manufacturers.

How long does shipping take for the 72576 CenterCover to Estonia or Lithuania?

Apsardze24.lv offers rapid shipping across the Baltics. Orders for the 72576 are typically processed and delivered to addresses in Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania within 1–3 business days.

Is the 72576 (White) Ajax CenterCover the official EU version?

Yes, this is the official EU version designed for Type F (Schuko) sockets. Apsardze24.lv is an Authorized Partner, ensuring you receive genuine products that are fully compatible with European electrical standards.

How do I clean the white 72576 front panel without damaging the smart electronics inside?

The panel can be cleaned with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. For questions regarding the use of specific chemical cleaners or disinfectants, please contact our technical support at [email protected].

What happens if my 72576 front panel arrives with a defect or breaks during use?

We provide a comprehensive 2-Year Warranty for both private and business customers. Because our service center is located right here in Riga, we can offer fast repairs or replacements without the need for shipping items abroad.

Do I need to buy the internal smart core separately from the 72576 cover?

Yes, the 72576 is the aesthetic front panel and receptacle cap only. To have a functioning smart outlet, you must also purchase the Ajax Outlet core and the appropriate multi-gang frame separately.

When should I choose the 72576 model instead of a side or solo outlet cover?

The 72576 is a 'CenterCover,' specifically designed for multi-outlet configurations. You should choose this model when the outlet is positioned in the middle of a frame, flanked by other devices or outlets on both sides.

Does the Type F design of this cover support grounded plugs?

Yes, the Type F standard (also known as Schuko) features side grounding clips. This cover is perfectly designed to accommodate grounded European plugs, ensuring both smart functionality and electrical safety.

Is it difficult to install the 72576 Ajax CenterCover onto an existing outlet core?

Not at all. The installation is designed to be tool-free and intuitive. The two-part system, consisting of the front panel and the receptacle cap, snaps directly onto the Ajax Outlet [type F] core for a seamless fit.
