  1. Sarah Jenkins –

Great little keyfob! The accidental click protection is a lifesaver, so no more false alarms in my pocket. It worked straight out of the box, and the white color looks sleek. Really happy with the quick service from apsardze24.lv as well. Simple and effective.

How long does the battery last in the 38095 White keyfob and is it replaceable?

The device comes with a pre-installed CR2032 battery designed to last up to 5 years. For detailed guidance on the internal components or specific maintenance steps when the battery eventually drains, please contact our technical support at [email protected].

Can the panic button be programmed to notify a security company?

Absolutely. When the panic button is pressed, it can be configured to send an immediate alarm signal to a Central Monitoring Station (CMS) and push notifications to all registered users on the system.

Does the 38095 model support 'Night Mode' for home security?

Yes, the keyfob has four buttons: Arm, Disarm, Panic, and a dedicated 'Night Mode' button. Night Mode allows you to partially arm the system (for example, only the perimeter sensors) while you are inside the house.

Will the Ajax SpaceControl work from my driveway if the hub is located inside the house?

Yes, it uses Jeweller radio technology which provides a communication range of up to 1300 meters in open space. In a typical residential setting, the signal easily penetrates walls and floors to ensure reliable arming and disarming from outside your door.

Is the keyfob durable enough to be carried on a keychain daily?

The keyfob is built for daily use, featuring a compact design (47 × 35 × 13 mm) and protection against dust and splashes. It is designed to withstand the typical wear and tear of being carried in a pocket or bag.

Is the 38095 keyfob an official EU version or a region-locked import?

This is the official EU version, meaning it is not region-locked and will receive all standard firmware updates. Apsardze24.lv is an authorized partner, ensuring you receive genuine hardware compatible with all European Ajax Hubs.

What happens if my 38095 Ajax keyfob stops working after a year?

We provide a comprehensive 2-year warranty for both individual and business clients. Since our service center is located locally in Riga, Apsardze24.lv can offer rapid diagnostics and repairs without the need to ship the device to a foreign manufacturer.

Which smartphone app is needed to configure the Ajax SpaceControl 38095?

You will need to download the official Ajax Security System app, which is available for both iOS and Android. The app allows you to pair the keyfob instantly by scanning the QR code and lets you customize the button behaviors.

How does the Ajax 38095 prevent accidental alarms while in my pocket?

The device features built-in accidental click protection. You can configure the keyfob in the app to require either a double-click or a long press (holding for 1.5 seconds) before it sends a command to the hub, preventing false alarms.
