  1. Sarah Bentley –

I’m really happy with this Dahua webcam from Apsardze24. The autofocus works like a charm, and the 1080p picture quality is crystal clear for my work meetings. It was literally plug-and-play, and the privacy shade is a nice touch for peace of mind. Great service and fast delivery too!

Is the Dahua HTI-UC325 compatible with Zoom and Microsoft Teams?

Yes, this webcam is designed for business-class performance and is fully compatible with all major video conferencing platforms, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Google Meet, and standard webinar software.

What should I do if the webcam breaks after 12 months?

You are covered by a comprehensive 2-Year Warranty, applicable to both Private and Business clients. Our service center is located in Riga, which ensures that warranty claims are processed locally and quickly without shipping the item abroad.

Is this the official EU version of the product?

Yes, we sell the Official EU version of this Dahua device. It is fully compliant with European standards, and as Apsardze24.lv is an Authorized Partner, you are guaranteed to receive genuine hardware without region-locking issues.

How do I ensure privacy when the HTI-UC325 is plugged in?

The product comes with a physical Privacy Shade (shutter). This allows you to mechanically cover the lens when you are not on a call, ensuring that no video can be captured even if the camera remains connected to your PC.

Does this webcam support auto focus or is the lens fixed?

The camera features Auto Focus technology. It automatically adjusts the lens to keep your image sharp and clear, which is superior to fixed-focus models that require you to sit at a specific distance to be seen clearly.

How does the microphone handle background noise in an office?

The device includes a built-in microphone designed for clear voice pickup with basic noise reduction. However, for specific technical data regarding decibel thresholds or complex audio setups, please contact our technical support at [email protected].

Do I need to download specific drivers to use the HTI-UC325 webcam?

No, this camera utilizes the USB Video Class (UVC) protocol, meaning it is 'Plug and Play'. You simply connect the USB 2.0 cable to your computer, and it works immediately without manual driver installation on Windows, Linux, or macOS.
