To avoid unnecessary delays and misunderstandings during the conclusion of a purchase agreement, please read and accept the key terms below regarding the purchase of goods offered by SIA “Apsardze 24”, unified reg. No. 40203154812 (hereinafter – apsardze24.lv).
As the sale of goods offered by apsardze24.lv is conducted via an online offer, in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL), when an order is placed, a Distance Agreement is concluded between the buyer and the seller.
You can place an order via the website www.apsardze24.lv, in the mobile app, or by phone at +371 20307000.
All product prices on apsardze24.lv are indicated including 21% value-added tax. The prices are valid during the period specified next to the product. The delivery service cost is not included in the listed product price.
Payment for the ordered product and chosen delivery method can be made by bank transfer.
When placing an order, it is necessary to provide an email address so that instructions, an invoice, delivery note, and other necessary documentation can be sent to the client.
We offer two options for receiving the product:
– Free pick-up at our office.
– Economy delivery – the ordered product is delivered to an OMNIVA or Smartpost parcel locker.
In all cases, the delivery time is coordinated at the time of placing the order. If multiple products are ordered with delivery, the customer may receive all items together or in parts.
The ordered item must be collected within three working days after apsardze24.lv has notified that the order is ready for pick-up.
The product user manual is sent to the client by email after the item is received. If the client needs a printed version of the manual, please contact us by email: [email protected] or by phone at +371 20307000.
If you change your mind and decide to cancel the purchase (for private individuals), the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts” (MK Regulation No. 255) state that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods purchased in the online store to the seller.
According to Article 12, Part 6 of the PTAL, when withdrawing from a distance contract, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period.” We recommend keeping the original packaging to prevent mechanical damage when exercising the right of withdrawal under the distance contract.

Complaint and out-of-court dispute resolution procedure:
Please submit complaints regarding product availability or quality electronically by sending them to [email protected] or in writing to the address: Latgales iela 293-5, Rīga, LV-1063. The complaint will be reviewed within 7 working days from the date of receipt, and a response will be sent to the contact address provided in the complaint.
If the complaint is deemed unfounded and you do not agree with this decision, you have the right to use alternative dispute resolution options as provided in regulatory acts, by submitting a written application to the seller for out-of-court dispute resolution, indicating your name, surname, and contact information.
