No, this is a **Standby (Offline)** topology UPS. It does not utilize Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to boost or trim voltage. If the input voltage drops below 161V or exceeds 284V, the unit will switch immediately to battery power to protect your equipment.

How long will the battery power a desktop computer?

With a 420W output capacity, runtime depends on the load. For a standard office computer and monitor (~120W), expect approximately **16 minutes** of runtime. For a gaming PC or heavy load (~300W), the battery will last roughly **3 minutes**, allowing just enough time for a safe shutdown.

What are the USB ports on the Eaton 3S700D used for?
