Are the mounting straps included, or do I need to buy them separately?

The package includes one pair of stainless steel straps required for standard installation. You do not need to purchase additional hardware for poles within the standard diameter range.

Is the T91B67 suitable for harsh outdoor environments and vandalism risks?
