  1. Peter Collins –

I recently picked up the MikroTik hEX lite from apsardze24.lv for my small home office. For such a compact, affordable device, it’s surprisingly powerful thanks to RouterOS. The setup was straightforward, and it fits perfectly on my shelf. I’m really happy with the quick delivery and the router’s solid performance.

    Peter Collins –

Does the MikroTik hEX lite RB750r2 support gigabit ethernet speeds?

No, this model is equipped with five 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports. It is designed for SOHO environments where high-speed gigabit throughput is not required, focusing instead on advanced routing features at an affordable price point.

What should I do if I am locked out of the RouterOS management interface?

You can use the physical reset button on the device to return it to factory default settings. If you encounter technical difficulties during the reconfiguration process, please contact our support team at [email protected].

Does this specific model support wireless Wi-Fi connectivity?

The RB750r2 is a strictly wired router and does not have built-in Wi-Fi radios or antennas. To add wireless access to your network, you must connect a separate wireless access point to one of the five LAN ports.

Is the MikroTik hEX lite powerful enough for complex VPN configurations?

With an 850MHz CPU and 64MB of RAM, this router can handle standard VPN tunnels and MPLS. However, because it lacks hardware encryption (IPsec) acceleration, it is best suited for low-bandwidth encrypted connections.

How do I get the best deal on the MikroTik hEX lite RB750r2 in the Baltics?

You can purchase this router directly from Apsardze24.lv to ensure you receive the official EU version. We offer competitive pricing and fast shipping to customers in Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania.

What comes in the box with the RB750r2 router?

The retail package includes the RB750r2 (hEX lite) unit in its white plastic case and a matching power supply. Ethernet cables for connecting your devices are not included and must be sourced separately.

What kind of warranty and local support is provided for this router?

Apsardze24.lv provides a 2-year warranty for this product, covering any manufacturing defects. Our service center is located in Riga, ensuring that any warranty claims or technical issues are handled locally and efficiently.

Can I power the RB750r2 via PoE instead of the DC jack?

Yes, the device supports Passive PoE input on Ethernet port 1. It accepts a voltage range of 6-30V, but please note it is not compatible with the 802.3af/at standard commonly used in high-end PoE switches.
