  1. Christopher Hayes –

I recently bought this Dahua door station from apsardze24.lv and I’m really satisfied. The full metal casing feels incredibly sturdy, and the IP65 rating is perfect for our harsh weather. Setting it up with PoE was a breeze, and unlocking the door via the app works flawlessly every time.

    Christopher Hayes –

Is this VTO3312Q-P an official European version or a grey-market import?

This is the official EU version. At Apsardze24.lv, we only sell authorized hardware, which means you will receive official firmware updates without the risk of region locking, ensuring your system remains secure and fully functional.

Can the VTO3312Q-P record video locally, and how much storage does it support?

Yes, this door station features a built-in MicroSD card slot. It supports cards up to 256GB. Thanks to efficient H.265 compression, a 128GB card can typically store several weeks of motion-activated clips and visitor snapshots.

Which mobile app should I use to receive calls from the VTO3312Q-P on my smartphone?

You should download the Dahua DMSS app, which is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This allows you to receive real-time video calls, communicate with visitors, and unlock your gate or door remotely from anywhere.

Will the 1.9mm lens provide enough coverage for a wide porch or entrance area?

Absolutely. The 1.9mm ultra-wide lens is designed specifically for panoramic visibility. It offers a massive field of view that ensures you can see visitors even if they are standing off to the side, providing full coverage of your entrance.

Can I install the VTO3312Q-P if I only have old 2-wire cabling instead of a modern Ethernet cable?

Yes, this is a hybrid model. It is designed to work with both standard RJ-45 (PoE) and 2-wire systems. This makes it an ideal choice for upgrading old intercom systems where you want to reuse existing wiring to transmit both power and data.

What happens if my door station stops working after the first year of use?

Every client at Apsardze24.lv receives a 2-year warranty, applicable to both private individuals and business customers. Since our service center is located in Riga, we provide fast local repairs and support without the need to ship devices abroad.

How do I program the different button configurations for a multi-apartment setup?

The VTO3312Q-P comes with 1, 2, and 4-button sets included, but software configuration depends on your specific indoor monitor models. For a detailed guide on mapping these buttons to specific residents, please contact our technical support at [email protected].
